Record Soldier Perspectives

Students perform at least three interviews with historians or docents, collect observation notes from artifact analysis, and create empathy and journey maps that capture soldiers’ experiences with WWI technology. They will iteratively refine their maps as new insights emerge and compile a cohesive user-understanding set for the class.
