In small groups, craft a Point-of-View (POV) statement, generate How Might We (HMW) questions, build user persona profiles, and create a problem tree or systems map that frames your define phase. Share artifacts with the partner and classmates for feedback, then iterate to refine your problem framing and ensure the outputs clearly guide your script development.
