Visit a local community center to talk with staff and residents and gather insights about how handmade dinnerware can support emotional well-being. Collect empathy artifacts (notes, quotes, sketches, photos) and in small groups brainstorm a wide range of idea concepts. Create concept sketches or storyboards, and draft a feasibility/impact matrix to compare options. Identify the top 3 concepts with rationale and outline how you would test and iterate them in the next phase. Document the process with notes and images to share with your peers and teachers, and plan a quick feedback session with community members to guide revisions.
