Kickoff Empathy Interviews with Partners

You will coordinate a brief intro interview with your community partner Robert Harper and conduct a short interview with a classmate to uncover real barriers high school students face in accessing internships, jobs, or volunteering in San Diego. You’ll practice asking open-ended questions, active listening, and capturing insights in a shared notes sheet, then submit your interview protocol and a brief reflection on how these findings inform your app design as your assessment.
