Farmer Insight Journal

In small groups, students conduct at least three short farmer interviews and observe farming practices. They record notes with pictures and simple words, and create an empathy map and a brief journey map showing steps from seed to harvest. The outputs will be shared with the class and submitted to deepen understanding of how real farmers care for crops and how those practices might inform their own raised garden project.
