Implementation and Data Collection Plan

Students create an Implementation and Data Collection Plan. In pairs, they describe a clear success goal for their party plan and explain how they will put it into action in a real setting (inviting guests, shopping within budget, preparing snacks, and setting up activities). They identify signs or data to collect (budget spent, number of guests, items prepared, and guest enjoyment) and choose kid-friendly tools (checklists, picture charts, tally sheets, and photos) to measure success. They describe how feedback from real users will be gathered and used to adjust the plan.
