End User Overview

In pairs, identify the end user—the people who will directly use or be impacted by our party plan (guests, families, cooks, library staff). Draw a simple picture of the end user and write or show notes about their needs or values. Explain the impact you want to have on them and consider how you can best reach them (talk to them, ask questions, share your plan). Include empathy artifacts such as a quick drawing, quote, or short photo. Create a simple End User Overview poster.
