Empathy Artifacts from Interviews

Students synthesize interview notes from at least three conversations, compile observation field notes, and create empathy maps and journey maps to illustrate user needs and barriers. The artifacts will be organized to demonstrate user understanding and will be submitted for review to guide later design work.
