You will work with a partner to find word cards around the classroom. Your task is to identify the syllable type of each word and discuss any patterns you find. Use the materials provided, and remember to focus on open and closed syllables and VCe patterns. The goal is to find patterns in syllables and understand how they affect word pronunciation and spelling.
