Products

Students will create an interactive digital muscle map that visually represents various muscle groups, their functions, and exercises associated with each. This digital product will be showcased during the 'Muscle Map Gallery' exhibition, allowing peers and visitors to engage with the content on tablets. Additionally, students will develop personalized fitness plans, integrating their understanding of muscle anatomy, which will be presented at the 'Peer Fitness Expo' to foster collaborative learning and refinement of ideas.

Launch

Kick off the learning experience with a 'Body Mechanics Bootcamp' where students actively engage in a series of dynamic exercises designed to highlight the function of different muscle groups. This hands-on experience will not only energize students but also provide a tangible connection between muscle anatomy and physical fitness goals. Conclude the bootcamp with a group reflection session where students discuss insights gained and how these exercises relate to their personal fitness objectives.

Exhibition

Students will participate in a 'Peer Fitness Expo,' presenting their personalized fitness plans in small groups. They will engage in interactive discussions and activities with classmates to share insights and deepen their understanding of muscle anatomy. Additionally, a 'Muscle Map Gallery' will be set up in the school hallway or gym, showcasing students' labeled diagrams and fitness plans. This exhibition will invite peers and visitors to explore and appreciate the students' work, fostering a school-wide appreciation for the integration of anatomy and fitness.
