Products
Throughout the project, students will create storyboards and scripts that outline their video projects, showcasing their planning and narrative skills. They will produce a final video that tells a compelling story, incorporating learned editing techniques to enhance visual impact. Students will compile their work, including pre-production plans, edited videos, and reflections, into a digital portfolio. This portfolio will serve as a comprehensive record of their learning journey and creative process.
Launch
Kick off the project with a dynamic 'Movie Magic Workshop,' where students dive into hands-on activities to explore storytelling, camera work, and sound design. This immersive experience sets the stage for their video production journey, sparking creativity and collaboration among students. Through interactive sessions, students will begin to understand the fundamentals of creating a compelling story, laying the groundwork for their upcoming projects.
Exhibition
Students will host a 'Red Carpet Premiere Night' to showcase their final video projects to an audience of peers, teachers, family members, and community partners. This event will include a Q&A session where students discuss their creative process and learning experiences. Additionally, a 'Behind-the-Scenes Expo' will be set up in the school gym, displaying storyboards, scripts, and digital portfolios, with live demonstrations of video editing techniques, allowing visitors to experience the entire production process.
