Purpose
Students will create a comprehensive portfolio that maps out their post-graduation pathways, whether it be higher education, vocational training, or entering the workforce. Through this project, students will develop actionable plans, build networks, and engage with community partners to gain real-world insights. The project fosters self-advocacy and collaboration, encouraging students to share their journeys and support one another in navigating diverse future opportunities.
Learning goals

Products

Launch
