"Discover Your Superpower: Hero Hunt Adventure!"
Purpose
The purpose of this project is to help 1st graders recognize and celebrate their unique strengths by engaging in creative and collaborative activities. Through exploration, art, and storytelling, students will identify their individual superpowers and learn to appreciate the diverse abilities of their peers. By sharing their discoveries with classmates and family, they will build confidence and a sense of community.

Products
Students will create 'Superpower Trading Cards' featuring illustrations and descriptions of their unique abilities. These cards will be part of a classroom exchange and showcased in the 'Superpower Art Gallery' for families to explore. Additionally, students will design superhero masks and capes during a workshop with local artists, which will be displayed alongside their trading cards. Throughout the project, students will contribute to a 'Superpower Growth Chart' by adding stickers or drawings that represent new skills and strengths they identify.
